About The Position

Our customers have the best stories in accounting, and we need someone to tell them. We're looking for a Product and Customer Marketing Manager who owns our story end to end: how we launch, how we sell, and how our customers talk about us; from launch messaging to the customer proof that wins deals. Aiwyn is the platform accounting firms run on for payments, practice management, client experience, and tax, and we work with the majority of the Top 500 firms in the country. You'll turn what our customers and product teams know into messaging, launches, and proof that helps sales win and helps firms get more from Aiwyn. You'll partner daily with the growth marketing manager, sales, and product: you find the story and sharpen the message, and they take it to market at scale. How you'll make an impact: You'll own outcomes that show up in the business: win rate, product adoption, and how consistently our message lands in the field. We'll be clear about the goals and just as invested in helping you reach them.
