We are experiencing unprecedented growth and are seeking a high-energy Product Coordinator to join our team onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI. As a Product Coordinator, you will be the right hand to the Product Manager and the bridge between engineering, sales, and marketing. You will dive into market trends, evaluate competitor products, and translate customer feedback into real product improvements. This is a launchpad role where you can learn the ins and outs of product management while making a direct impact on products sold by global retailers.

Requirements

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a proven ability to organize, analyze, and communicate complex data from multiple sources.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all mediums (in-person, phone, email, and video calls).
A hyper-focus on quality and accuracy while managing multiple moving parts at once.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics (or related field), OR 4 years of equivalent experience/training.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting retail/e-commerce initiatives (especially with giants like Amazon, Lowe's, or The Home Depot)
Bilingual skills in Spanish

Responsibilities

Conduct competitor research, track industry trends, and analyze customer reviews to spot opportunities for new features and accessories.
Maintain product specifications and collaborate with designers, engineers, and sales teams to refine requirements for new introductions.
Provide product content guidance for packaging, websites, and infographics, ensuring accurate feature-benefit messaging across the organization.
