DZYNE Technologies was recently acquired by Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) and, together with World View, has joined forces to create Ondas Sentinel. Ondas Sentinel is a next‑generation U.S. defense platform integrating long‑endurance ISR, autonomous systems, counter‑UAS technologies, and mission intelligence. While DZYNE is now part of Ondas Sentinel, we are still legally operating as DZYNE as we complete the formal integration of our systems and processes. Requirements

• Experience maintaining configuration data in a regulated or production-oriented environment.
• 1 – 4 years of experience in working knowledge of engineering change processes and document control practices.
• Familiarity with BOM management and revision control.
• Experience using PLM/PDM systems and structured data repositories.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and follow defined processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aerospace, UAS, defense, robotics, or complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with prototype-to-production transitions.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or fielded systems.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP integrations.
• Understanding of basic configuration management principles (identification, control, status accounting).

Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration records for hardware, software, firmware, and documentation.
• Process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) in accordance with established CM procedures.
• Create Metrics to track status of Change Control measures, ensuring that changes are documented and efficiently managed
• Own and host CCB (Change Control Board) meetings and ensure proper stakeholders are present.
• Drive and facilitate discussion in cohesive manner.
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, revisions, and effectivity.
• Ensure accurate release, version control, and status tracking of drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Update and maintain configuration data in PDM, MRP and other related enterprise systems.
• Support Item Card Creation in ERP for external teams, ensuring accurate entry.
• Support configuration status accounting and reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing configuration evidence and traceability.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure released configurations are build-ready and production-aligned.
• Coordinate with GNC team and Flight Ops teams to release aircraft config files for use in the field.
• Track configuration deviations and assist in documenting approved variances.
• Maintain PDM Administration Tool, assigning members of the organization access and assisting with any IT related issues.
