About The Position

The Product Quality Specialist 1 works with a team to assist with the review, approval, and distribution of compliance documentation ensuring Hobby Lobby's products comply with federal and state regulations. This involves collaboration with internal teams, testing labs, and vendors. This position offers room for growth and continued knowledge of Hobby Lobby’s product line and consumer product regulations. Resume required when applying for this position. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree
3–5 years' work experience in a related field

Responsibilities

Review, approve and maintain electronically, compliance documentation
Provide compliance guidance to buying teams for products offered by Hobby Lobby
Organize and prioritize large volume of documentation
Maintain information with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
Communicate with various internal departments and 3rd party vendors, maintain documentation and processes
Ability to learn and comprehend regulatory guidance and requirements
Thoroughness in accomplishing tasks
Monitors and checks work for accuracy
Plans and organizes time and resources efficiently
Clearly expresses thoughts in written and spoken form
Able to focus and apply analytical thinking such as collecting, analyzing and interpreting information
Problem solving, using logic and resources to make sound decisions
Works well with others but can effectively work with minimal supervision
