About The Position

DDN is hiring a Product & Compliance Engineer for its Chatsworth manufacturing operation. The role supports production growth by improving manufacturing processes and taking ownership of international regulatory compliance. Working directly with the lead Manufacturing Engineer, the engineer will help make products more efficiently, improve product finishing and packaging, and support shipment of products to customers around the world without compliance barriers.

The position combines hands-on manufacturing engineering with detailed compliance work. It involves troubleshooting production bottlenecks, reducing assembly and rework times, investigating component failures, managing engineering changes, refining product packaging and presentation, and coordinating compliance requirements such as SABER for Saudi Arabia across teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally with electromechanical products.
• Knowledge of international compliance standards such as SABER, CE, RoHS, or REACH.
• CAD experience; SolidWorks is preferred.
• Understanding of technical drawings and PLM systems.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, including identifying problems early, challenging existing processes, and driving measurable improvements.
• Ability to work on hands-on manufacturing challenges and detailed compliance work, collaborating across teams to resolve problems.
