About The Position

About the role: You will craft clear, concise, and impactful communications to support product launches, operational changes, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll collaborate across product, GTM, and operations teams to translate complex information into actionable, audience-specific content that drives alignment and adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Product Communications—or a closely related discipline such as product marketing or product operations—within a tech or financial services environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical or financial concepts into clear, concise, audience‑appropriate communication.
  • Experience using content and documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or product lifecycle communications, supporting launches and ongoing product updates.
  • Familiarity with operational or change‑management communications, especially for product releases or process transitions.
  • Experience building scalable communication systems, including templates, documentation frameworks, intake processes, and workflow structures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel merchant‑facing communications that clearly explain product updates, feature launches, and operational changes to Clover merchants.
  • Create segmented communications tailored to different merchant groups to ensure relevance, clarity, and stronger adoption of new products and features.
  • Partner with Product, GTM, and Operations teams to produce materials that support both internal teams and merchant understanding.
  • Translate complex technical and financial concepts into simple, actionable information for diverse audiences
  • Drive change‑management communications that support product rollouts, policy updates, and operational transitions, ensuring merchants can easily adapt.
  • Produce internal briefs, executive updates, and stakeholder‑ready content that keeps teams aligned and informed.
  • Build scalable communication systems, including templates, workflows, and documentation libraries to support consistent, repeatable multi-channel merchant messaging.
  • Maintain internal knowledge bases and portals with accurate, up‑to‑date product information that supports both internal teams and merchant‑facing materials.
  • Ensure high standards of content quality, consistency, and alignment across all merchant communication channels and touchpoints.
