The marketing team is an integral part of the organization’s overall success.Position OverviewThe Product Commercialization Manager (PCM) at Johnsonville plays a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of new products and product optimization, from influencing long-term product lifecycle strategy to leading projects smoothly out of Front of Funnel (FOF) through commercialization and launch. This role requires building deep product and process expertise, as well as close collaboration with Innovation, R&D, Operations, Food Safety & Quality, Procurement, and external partners to deliver market-ready products, leverage and optimize internal processes, and maintain industry compliance. The PCM will champion cross-functional teams, and use their product and process expertise to ensure launches are delivered in alignment to Johnsonville’s commitment to excellence.
