About The Position

The primary role of the 2025 intern is to develop a competitive intelligence database and sales playbook/rebuttal list based on where our carrier partners win versus the competition. The intern will gain knowledge to better/further support product organizations in a future role, understand the landscape of the insurance business and the intricacies of policies with things such as deductibles, limits, perils, etc., and learn the process our external producers and account managers go through to earn business. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year of college with at least a 3.00 GPA.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Exhibits analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• These positions are required to be in-office, so candidates must have reliable transportation.
