About The Position

The Product Builder I’s primary focus is to build product by following established processes and meeting production goals. This onsite position follows a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift and requires employees to work at the local office five days per week. Relocation assistance and employment visa sponsorship are not available for this position. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, manufacturing, and site-specific procedures. The Product Builder I follows certified processes, maintains accurate training and shop-floor records, completes required training, and contributes to team responsibilities. The position also involves flexibility to rotate or take on assigned work and a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and, when applicable, SAP.

Requirements

At least 1 year of related experience.
High school diploma, degree, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Understand and adhere to safety policies and practices.
Maintain quality and comply with manufacturing process requirements, the Boston Scientific Corporation Quality Policy, and the Strategic Quality Process (SQP).
Build product using all processes for which certified in their current revision, complete other assigned work, and meet manufacturing goals and metrics.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and related principles.
Flex and rotate as necessary and work effectively with team members and cross-functional groups.
Maintain accurate records, including training files and shop-floor paperwork (SFP).
Participate in Shared Responsibility tasks and responsibilities.
Understand and follow Boston Scientific and site-specific policies and procedures.
Attend and pass required Boston Scientific and site-specific training, including QS Basics, RTK, and Lean Training.
Demonstrate an understanding of basic SAP functions, if applicable.
