About The Position

As a privately held, customer-focused company rooted in Monroe, WI, we’re looking for a Product Assistant to join our Hardgoods Division and help shape the future of our product assortments. Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data management and system readiness.
• Experience with sample coordination and preparation.
• Familiarity with catalog and web content preparation.
• Ability to support planning milestones and process improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a merchandising or product development environment.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product setup, testing, and personalization readiness across systems and teams.
• Manage sample tracking, facilitate reviews and approvals, and support photo sample preparation.
• Assist in preparing product data and visuals for catalog and web, ensuring clarity and consistency across brands.
• Support seasonal planning milestones, maintain documentation, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
