About The Position

Responsible for assembling components. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with various tools, and a commitment to quality and safety. The assembler will be responsible for meeting production deadlines and maintaining a clean work environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing line and business needs is essential.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of hand tools, including saw, pneumatic nail and staple guns, cordless power drills and screwdrivers.
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform consistently to meet/exceed production quotas.
• Ability to perform other duties requested or required by management.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Applying glue, screws, nails and staples to components.
• Identifying quality and cleanliness issues.
• Reporting defective parts to Management.
• Meeting deadlines for production.
• Identifying safety issues and reporting to Group Lead.
• Marking completed orders in Salesforce to update build schedule.
• Cleaning the work area throughout the shift.
• Communicating effectively with other team members regarding production processes.
