Requirements

Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
Ability to work nights, travel between stores, and lift equipment safely.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience installing video monitors, security/AV systems, or similar hardware.

Responsibilities

Assemble products to National Assembler’s specifications.
Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction through excellent customer service and quality product delivery.
Install, configure, and test video monitors and associated hardware according to site specifications and company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
Complete documentation, including sign-offs and photos, for each location.
Communicate status updates to the Regional Manager and project leads.
Follow safety procedures and store policies while on-site.
