About The Position

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking Assemblers to join their expanding organization. National Assemblers Inc. is a family-owned company that assembles products for the world's largest brands. They are committed to building a strong team of hard workers, problem solvers, and forward thinkers. As an NAI Assembler, you will build products in customers' homes after being certified as an In-Home Assembler Technician. There are opportunities to become in-store certified, a trainer, or a grill certified technician, with more certifications leading to higher earning potential. Assemblers travel to various customers' homes throughout the day to assemble products independently. They must provide their own reliable transportation and tools. The company offers a paid certification program, with a base rate of $20/HR during training. Post-training, compensation is based on a Piece-Rate Pay model, with In-Home Assemblers averaging between $20/HR - $30/HR when converted to an hourly wage.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Must have own RELIABLE transportation.
Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
Candidates must adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
Confirm work orders to ensure the correct product is being assembled/repaired.
Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications.
Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash).
Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
