About The Position

National Assemblers, Inc. is a family-owned company seeking Assemblers to join their expanding organization. They are a leading assembly company, having assembled over 2,700,000 products last year, and are committed to building a strong team. They service major brands such as Walmart, Bass Pro Shop, Leggett and Platt, Wayfair, and Rooms to Go. As an NAI Assembler, you will build products in customers' homes, starting as an In-Home Assembler Technician. After in-home certification, there are opportunities for in-store certification, trainer certifications, and grill certifications, with increased earning potential for each certification earned. The role involves traveling to various customers’ homes daily to assemble products, working independently, and requiring personal reliable transportation and tools. The company offers a top-rated paid certification program. During training, a base rate of $20/HR is provided. Upon completion of training, compensation shifts to a Piece-Rate Pay model, where In-Home Assemblers typically earn between $20/HR - $30/HR (converted from piece-rate) for completed jobs.

Responsibilities

Receive customer orders daily to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes
Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments
Confirm work orders to make sure you are assembling/repairing the correct product
Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications
Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash)
Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion
