About The Position

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking Assemblers to join their expanding organization. National Assemblers Inc. is a family-owned company that assembles products for various clients, including Walmart, Bass Pro Shop, Leggett and Platt, Wayfair, and Rooms to Go. The company is committed to building a strong team of hard workers, problem solvers, and forward thinkers. As an Assembler, you will build products in customers' homes after being certified as an In-Home Assembler Technician. There are opportunities for further certification in-store, as a trainer, or for grills, which can increase earning potential. The role involves traveling to various customers' homes throughout the day to assemble products independently. A reliable personal vehicle is required for transportation to customer homes. Work schedules are flexible, Monday through Sunday, with hours determined by customer requests. The company provides a paid certification program, with a base rate of $20/HR during training. Post-training, compensation is based on a Piece-Rate Pay model, with In-Home Assemblers averaging between $20/HR - $30/HR when converted to an hourly wage.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Must have own RELIABLE transportation.
Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
Candidates must adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Receive customer orders daily to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
Confirm work orders to ensure the correct product is being assembled/repaired.
Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications.
Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash).
Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
