As the Sr. Director, Product and Brand Management, you will shape the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of Best Buy’s Exclusive Brands portfolio—positioning ExB to operate like a best-in-class vendor inside Best Buy. In this role, you’ll lead a global team responsible for defining product roadmaps that solve unmet customer needs, managing SKU strategy and lifecycle, and bringing products to market from concept through end of life. You’ll actively steward brand and commercial performance across pricing, marketing, promotions, and inventory to maximize ExB’s contribution to Best Buy while ensuring brand integrity, quality, and social responsibility are never compromised. What makes this role especially exciting is its scale and influence—you’ll drive differentiated products across multiple hardware and accessory categories, support broader Best Buy strategies (including digital services), and explore growth opportunities beyond traditional Best Buy channels in the U.S. and Canada. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
