About The Position

The Product Analyst supports the successful management and continuous improvement of Guardian’s deposit and payment products. Working closely with the Product Manager and partnering with cross-functional teams, this role coordinates product initiatives, conducts research and analysis, maintains product documentation, monitors product performance, and helps ensure product changes and enhancements are completed successfully.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience in banking, financial services, product support, project coordination, business analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting deposit or payment products preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer banking or credit union products and services preferred.
• Some college preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information and identify trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across teams.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and sound judgment in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product performance monitoring.
• Summarize research, and prepare reports and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve product performance, operational processes, and member experience.
• Gather and maintain business requirements, product documentation, and implementation materials.
• Support vender evaluations, product testing and product enhancements.
• Support ongoing evaluation of product enhancements and business outcomes.
