About The Position

The Product Analyst supports the Product Operating Model by enabling evidence-based product decisions through customer research, product data analysis, market insight, and operational feedback. Working closely with Product Management, UX/UI, R&D, Support, and other stakeholders, this role helps uncover customer pain points, define clear problem statements, assess feature adoption, and translate insights into actionable requirements. The role is central to continuous product discovery and improvement, ensuring product teams remain focused on customer outcomes, measurable value, and informed prioritization. The Product Analyst will also support escalation reviews, product documentation, and regular insight reporting to help drive alignment across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present findings clearly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience gathering and interpreting feedback.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and working in Agile environments.
  • Comfortable working with product data, application logs, and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar role.
  • Experience with user research, data visualization, and product telemetry tools (e.g., Pendo, Power BI, GA).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in B2B software, logistics, or transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and ride-along to uncover customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and industry data to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor feature adoption, engagement, and support ticket trends to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Translate insights into clear problem statements, workflows, and requirements for R&D.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams on mockups and prototypes for new features.
  • Act as first-line reviewer for escalations, ensuring reproduction steps, logs, and demos are complete.
  • Maintain product documentation and create regular insight reports for stakeholders.
