FCC / FACRegina, SK
CA$81,005 - CA$109,595Hybrid

About The Position

Join our Agile Development team as a Product Analyst and play a key role in shaping the future of FCC’s lending experience. You’ll support the domain by testing new lending functionality, intentionally challenging the system and ensuring features work seamlessly before they reach end users. Relying on your expertise in incident analysis and response, you'll rotate through incident triage, quickly diagnosing issues to keep delivery moving smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, analysts, the Product Owner and business partners on new features and product improvements across complex business and technical domains. In this role, your curiosity, passion for user experience, ability to switch contexts quickly and aptitude for understanding diverse stakeholder perspectives will help you navigate problems, negotiate solutions and build strong relationships. You’ll bring a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset to a team that embraces change, innovates continuously and is committed to building great products that deliver real value. We’re hiring for two positions, each dedicated to supporting a specific domain: Documentation or Collateral Management.
