About The Position

This role works closely with cross-functional teams (Medical, Access, Commercial) to provide operational and administrative support, ensuring alignment, compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and effective execution of campaigns, events, and projects. It supports the execution of the Solid Tumors marketing strategy by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring the timely implementation of initiatives, while promoting the responsible and efficient use of company resources. Support the planning, coordination, and administrative management of promotional and scientific events, including logistics follow-up, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and documentation, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal policies. Collaborate multi-channel engagement strategies (CLM, digital, field) to maximize HCP adoption. Participate in the development of brand plans and contribute to their execution. Manage project timelines, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Monitoring marketing and sales support budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization. Coordinate the administrative and operational processes for event planning and execution, ensuring adherence to compliance, transparency, and financial governance standard across all activities. Play an active role in the management of external agencies, driving the development of strategic brief, overseeing timelines and deliveries, and ensuring high quality execution aligned with brand objectives, Cross-functional inputs, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years marketing experience, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in product launches or high-cost areas (oncology preferred).
  • Digital knowledge and experience tracking the main campaign KPIs.
  • Experience working with external agencies (Creative, digital, medical education, or event management) is preferred.
  • Manage projects and team members to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives.
