Product Analyst (Insurance)
About The Position
We are seeking a talented individual to join our ProWriters team at Victor. This role will be based in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Product Analyst , you will support the growth and ongoing evolution of Digital IQ , ProWriters’ proprietary specialty insurance platform. This is a role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working at the intersection of product, strategy, operations, and technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into product management and is excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team! We will count on you to: Work closely with product managers and engineers to support carrier integrations and other third-party API integrations Assist in defining product requirements and writing functional documentation Monitor feature adoption and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities Conduct user research, usage analysis, and competitive research to inform product decisions Perform QA testing, track bugs, and help triage production issues
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a product, business analyst, or other related role
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with technology and working with data
- Highly proficient in Excel
Nice To Haves
- Consulting, Banking, and/or insurance industry experience
- Experience with SQL and database tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
