Product Analyst, Agentic AI

IntegriChainPhiladelphia, PA

About The Position

IntegriChain is seeking a Product Analyst for Prism, our conversational analytics platform. Prism allows users in life sciences market access to ask questions about their data in plain English and receive answers quickly. The platform utilizes semantic layers built from raw SQL data to interpret business questions. The Product Analyst will ensure the accuracy and trustworthiness of the answers provided by Prism by working closely with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering. This role focuses on analysis rather than development, requiring technical skills but not necessarily software engineering expertise. The analyst will use tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and Codex to review and refine user prompts and the platform's responses, identifying and rectifying issues where the data setup leads to misinterpretations or incorrect answers. Approximately half of the role involves data analysis, while the other half includes engaging with business stakeholders, validating query results, and documenting necessary changes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in data analysis, data correlation, or similar analytical work.
  • Strong technical skills without being a software engineer. You're comfortable with SQL, semantic layers, and data structures, and you can dig into a problem on your own.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex, and a good sense of how they read structured data and prompts.
  • A working knowledge of semantic data modeling (ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, or similar) and how it supports AI querying.
  • A knack for spotting when an AI answer doesn't match the source data, and the patience to figure out why.
  • A track record of turning messy data relationships into clear requirements, working alongside Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills. You can talk to business owners and explain complicated data and AI ideas in a way people can act on.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with pharma, or with contracts and pricing, is a plus.
  • A 4-year degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prompt review: Go through the prompts business users type into Prism and improve them, using Snowflake Cortex and tools like Claude and Codex, so their questions get read correctly against the semantic layer.
  • Query certification: Check user queries and the answers Prism gives back, confirm they hold up against the source data, and sign off so the business can trust the results.
  • Quality ownership: Keep an eye on the questions users ask and the answers they get, and watch for repeat errors, gaps, or misreads so they get fixed.
  • Semantic layer work: Work with Data Science and Engineering to improve the semantic layers built from the raw SQL tables, including the taxonomies, metadata, and labeling, so Prism understands the data better.
  • Data analysis: Dig into how data connects across pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and other areas, and use what you find to shape how that data is represented in Prism.
  • Working with the business: Talk to business owners about the questions they need answered, and turn those conversations into better prompts, queries, and data structure.
  • Writing requirements: Write clear technical requirements for tuning the model, changing how data is structured, or improving the product, based on what your reviews turn up.
  • Documentation: Document where the data comes from, the business logic behind it, and how things relate, so people can understand and trust Prism's answers.
  • Roadmap input: Be the voice for data quality in planning and prioritization for Prism, so decisions are based on what the data actually says.
  • QA and communication: Work with QA to set up test cases for answer accuracy each sprint, and help with internal and customer updates (release notes, briefings, presentations) that explain how Prism works.
