Requirements

  • Degree in Electronics or Telecommunication Technology
  • Two years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingualism (French and English) in speaking and writing
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with customers
  • Basic knowledge of electronics
  • Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues
  • Manage new user access and control customer access
  • Provide technical support to other Maximus technology specialists
  • Monitor monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues
  • All other related duties.
