Product Acceptance Specialist
About The Position
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate Product Acceptance Specialist (Level B) to join our Boeing Helena Quality team located in Helena, Montana. This position verifies product conformance to design requirements, provides objective evidence of results, and validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures. The role involves identifying and documenting discrepancies, segregating and controlling non-conforming items, and performing preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. The specialist will also conduct product reviews with the customer during product or process verification, identify repetitive or significant non-conformances, and initiate requests for corrective action. Additionally, the role requires operating a CMM (coordinate measurement machine) and metrology (laser operations).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance or Technical Inspection
- 3+ years of experience in conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control and/or Audit assessments
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision, etc.)
- Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job
