About The Position

Apple Services is seeking a seasoned producer or project manager to help drive executive creative review processes across its Services products. The role supports the Services Product, Design and Marketing (PD&M) team, which defines, creates, and communicates products and services for Apple customers. The producer helps uphold Apple’s quality standards and foster innovation and creativity through design work.

The producer will work closely with the Executive Producer to conduct effective Product, Design, and Marketing reviews with leadership. They will act as a liaison between the VP and creative team producers, and between PD&M and cross-functional teams such as Business and Engineering. The role calls for someone who can bring structure to a fast-paced creative environment, manage changing priorities and limited resources, and build strong partnerships across levels and disciplines.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a producer or program manager, with recent experience leading a software design or similar organization.
• Ability to navigate the organization and work cross-functionally.
• Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive project management style, bringing structure to a fast-paced creative environment, mitigating risks early, and prioritizing key issues.
• Ability to complete and reshuffle multiple tasks under pressure in an ambiguous environment.
• Adaptability and composure through change, with the ability to reprioritize fluidly.
• Experience working directly with and influencing senior leadership in a design or similar organization.
• Positive demeanor and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Team-oriented approach, with a willingness to collaborate generously and keep the broader organization’s needs in mind.
• Understanding of UX/UI design thinking, ideation, execution, and product design delivery processes.
• Basic understanding of native application development timelines.
• Experience tracking multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Keynote, and other Apple tools.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Executive Producer to conduct effective Product, Design, and Marketing reviews with leadership.
• Set up meetings, confirm agendas, communicate with participants, and coordinate with the producer community as needs arise.
• Build influence and strong cross-functional partnerships, and foster collaboration across levels and disciplines.
• Liaise between leadership and teams to ensure product and project needs are adequately met.
• Understand and negotiate priorities given limited resources and ambitious schedules.
• Continuously improve workflows to solve challenges and avoid repeat issues.
