About The Position

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking driven producers to build a book of business from the ground up. This role involves prospecting new business, developing relationships, and closing deals across personal and commercial lines. Producers will leverage national carrier access, a large network of locations, and a collaborative team environment. The clients expect high standards, and the team provides support without being intrusive. The work arrangement is hybrid, with 3 days on-site in Media, PA.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one within [X days] of hire.
Experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, typically 1–3 years.
Comfort with outbound prospecting (calls, referrals, networking, or similar).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable with prospecting.
Ability to build trust quickly.
Resilience to handle rejection without losing momentum.
Coachability and willingness to apply feedback.
Long-term thinking and focus on building a book and career.
Ambition and desire for an environment that invests in producers.

Nice To Haves

Prior insurance industry experience.
An existing network or warm referral base in your target market.
CISR, CPIA, or CIC designation.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business consistently to grow your book month over month.
Build relationships with potential clients.
Partner with account managers and underwriters on marketing and quoting to provide competitive proposals.
Close new business and transition it smoothly into service.
Leverage Patriot's carrier relationships and brand for credibility and support.
Track pipeline and activity consistently for visible, coachable, and sustainable growth.
