About The Position

The Producer / Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of Internet-related projects from concept through development and delivery. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, providing expert advice on creative and production best practices, and enhancing the productivity of the Creative team through process assessment and refinement. The Producer will also review SOWs, manage agency development projects, and work with third-party suppliers for sponsored content creation. Additionally, they will troubleshoot content management tools and escalate issues to the Ektron support team as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent soft skills (influencing, communication, and leadership) and proven relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive, excel, and remain calm in an extremely fast-paced and high-volume production environment.
• 4 years as a project manager, coordinator, or in a related role.
• 3 years managing cross-functional teams.
• 2 years managing vendor contracts and relationships.
• 2 years CMS experience.
• 1 year in digital creative or related field.
• 1 year in a retail environment is a plus.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of Internet-related projects from concept through development and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, site merchandising, design, copywriting, content management, etc.) to ensure completion of digital creative projects.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on creative and production best practices.
• Support and align efforts to meet creative objectives, as well as customer and business needs.
• Enhance the productivity of the Creative team through process assessment, refinement, and change management.
• Review SOWs and process them for projects that require agency development.
• Work with third-party suppliers to align timelines and deliverables for sponsored content creation.
• Troubleshoot content management tools and escalate to Ektron (3rd party provider) support team as needed.
