About The Position

Maslow Media Group is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Producer to support our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company. As a Producer, you'll manage every phase of the production process—from developing creative concepts and building production plans to directing shoots, overseeing post-production, and delivering polished multimedia content. You'll collaborate with clients, production crews, and creative professionals to bring ideas to life while ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest production standards.

Requirements

  • Professional experience producing video and multimedia content from concept through delivery.
  • Experience managing studio and field productions, including multi-camera shoots.
  • Strong understanding of all phases of video production and post-production.
  • Experience working with professional editing software and nonlinear editing systems.
  • Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Ability to lead creative teams while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for visual storytelling and producing content that delivers meaningful results.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, audiences, and messaging.
  • Develop creative concepts, production proposals, scripts, outlines, and storyboards.
  • Evaluate project requirements, production resources, schedules, and technical needs.
  • Identify equipment, staffing, copyright, licensing, and release requirements before production begins.
  • Produce projects ranging from executive interviews and single-camera productions to complex multi-camera studio and field shoots.
  • Coordinate production schedules, locations, crews, equipment, and logistics.
  • Guide clients, on-camera talent, and production teams throughout the production process.
  • Make creative and technical decisions that elevate the quality and effectiveness of each production.
  • Collaborate with editors, directors of photography, videographers, audio professionals, production assistants, and freelance crew members.
  • Provide creative direction, technical guidance, and day-to-day production leadership.
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining exceptional production quality.
  • Edit or supervise the editing of video, audio, graphics, and motion design.
  • Ensure all content meets broadcast-quality technical, creative, and brand standards.
  • Manage workflows including color correction, sound design, graphics, captioning, encoding, transcoding, and final delivery.
  • Coordinate media asset organization and long-term archival.
  • Ensure production equipment, editing systems, and software remain organized and operational.
  • Test cameras, lighting, audio, monitors, and production equipment before each shoot.
  • Research and recommend emerging production technologies that improve quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of finished media across multiple delivery platforms.
