About The Position

Two Circles is seeking a versatile storyteller, project coordinator and client manager to fill the role of Producer in our Kansas City, Missouri office. This position will be based within our North American content footprint, which features offices in Kansas City, New York, Miami and Los Angeles. The North American content team specializes in video production, post-production, graphic design, animation, channel management and content strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person with an interest in working within the creative arm of the world’s most exciting sports agency. A Two Circles Producer is trusted with managing a vision on a per-project and per-client basis. We’re looking for someone who can take a story from a blank page through production and into the edit suite. Scriptwriting, interviewing and editorial judgment are critical; you’ll guide the message and tone of project deliverables every step of the way so the agreed-upon vision is met. In this role, you’ll balance creative execution with project coordination and client management. You’ll plan and manage shoots, collaborate with creative and production teammates, communicate clearly with clients, and keep work moving through shifting priorities and tight timelines. The right person is organized, resourceful and calm under pressure, with the people skills to build trust and solve problems in live production settings. Strong interest in global soccer is preferred. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus but isn’t required.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of video pre-production, production and post-production workflows
Strong proficiency with non-linear editing software, preferably Adobe Creative Suite
Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, budgets and multiple deliverables
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with clients, partners and teammates
Ability to think quickly, troubleshoot and problem solve in live production settings

Fluency in Spanish

Responsibilities

Lead project management and day-to-day client relations from brief through delivery
Coordinate project logistics, timelines, budgets and production resources
Set up and manage shoots, including schedules, crews, locations, equipment and production logistics
Prepare briefs, shot lists, run-of-shows and other production materials
Develop creative concepts, treatments, scripts and interview plans with teammates
Conduct interviews and assist with shot direction while protecting the story and agreed-upon vision
Edit videos with a focus on strong soundbites, clear storytelling, pacing and platform needs
Manage post-production tracking, asset delivery and version control
Communicate status updates, risks and scope changes clearly to clients and teammates
Contribute to process improvements and share learnings across the team
