The Un-Validated Producer role involves prospecting, quoting, selling, and placing new business, as well as cross-selling additional products and services, including referrals to other lines of business. This position also includes assisting in the development of marketing plans and strategies and ensuring teams provide excellent client service. A key aspect is maintaining positive relationships with all key stakeholders to assure client retention and satisfaction. An Un-Validated Producer is specifically striving to meet a production goal and book size in relation to their compensation level that will entitle them to validate and thereafter be entitled to certain additional incentives.
