About The Position
TelevisaUnivision is seeking a talented and experienced Producer to join our team!
Requirements
- Strong editorial news judgment
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure, manage breaking news situations, meet strict deadlines, and respond quickly to changes.
- Proven storytelling ability across all platforms in English and Spanish
- Fluent in English & Spanish (read and write)
- Must be willing to work from Miami, FL
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Research topics and prepare questions and elements for show interviews.
- Fill in as line producer on an as needed basis
- Monitor latest news and social media to pitch relevant stories
- Translate aptly from English to Spanish
- Quick reaction to breaking news and possible show news updates
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Other duties as assigned
