Role Purpose We are looking for a TEMP Producer, Integrated Production to manage mid-large scale integrated projects from product kick-off through delivery. The Integrated Producer is quick on their feet and a creative problem solver adept at working in a fast-paced environment. The Producer is self-starting, curious and resourceful. They strive to flawlessly execute the work and relentlessly pursue the highest level of craft.

Requirements

3+ years agency experience as a Producer
Need to have one main area of production expertise - Content (Broadcast, social and still), Digital (AR/VR, platform builds/apps, voice app) or Experiential (art installations, stunts, events, pop-ups)
Demonstrated experience producing mid-sized productions including development of production specs, leading projects from pre-production through final delivery
Project a positive, collaborative, “can-do” attitude
Bright and curious, not afraid of a challenging project
Self-motivated and driven.
Able to focus in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive.
Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions.
Manage Integrated projects including but not limited to broadcast, social content, stills, animation, artist collaboration, and digital.
Lead the execution of mid-large sized integrated productions including overseeing multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and/or workstreams.
Basic understanding of when projects need; NDA, permits, talent releases, usage terms and other rights clearances.
Possess intermediate knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, animators (and if digital project - tech leads, UX-designers, and developers.)
