About The Position

At Maslow Media Group, we power the people behind the content. As a leading workforce solutions partner to media, production, digital, and broadcast organizations, we connect top creative and technical talent with the brands shaping today’s media landscape. For more than three decades, Maslow has operated at the intersection of storytelling and scale — delivering agile staffing, production workforce management, and strategic talent solutions that help clients execute with precision and grow with confidence. We combine deep industry expertise with operational rigor, enabling both our clients and our talent community to perform at the highest level. Bring Big Stories to Life Are you the kind of producer who can take an idea scribbled on a page and turn it into a polished piece of content that people actually want to watch? We're looking for an accomplished Producer/Director to join a high-performing in-house studio team supporting one of the nation's most recognized consumer brands. This is an opportunity for a versatile storyteller who is equally comfortable developing a creative concept, directing talent, running a shoot, jumping behind the camera, shaping an edit, or leading a live production. This isn't a role where you'll simply hand projects off to someone else. You'll have the opportunity to own productions from concept through final delivery, creating content that reaches associates, customers and external audiences across multiple platforms. If you're a producer/director who loves the creative process but also knows how to get things done, this could be an outstanding next move. This role is onsite with our client in Coppell, TX.
