About The Position

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to make lasting connections with our customers, fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs), assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full, help maintain a clean and sanitary store, and work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department. Be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.

Requirements

• Willingness to make lasting connections with customers
• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs
• Ability to push/pull up to 2000 force lbs
• Ability to walk, reach, stand, stoop/bend, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive motion: turning, bending
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler, scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system
• Judgment/decision making skills
• Social skills/verbal interaction
• Memorization, reading, and writing skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces
• Ability to climb ladders (occasional)
• Math/calculation skills (occasional)
