About The Position

The Fresh Market is looking for a team member who is committed to making everyday eating extraordinary for their guests. This role involves working in various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and the Front-End, providing excellent guest service and maintaining product knowledge.

Requirements

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store.
• Present self in a professional manner, adhering to uniform standards.
