Requirements

Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product suggestions.
Stock, rotate, cull, and merchandise produce to maintain freshness and visual appeal.
Prepare items such as cut fruit, packaged vegetables, and other ready‑to‑sell products following food safety standards.
Monitor product quality and remove items that do not meet freshness guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized work area, including coolers, prep spaces, and sales floor displays.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and equipment‑handling procedures.
Assist with inventory counts, backroom organization, and receiving product deliveries.
Support department goals by executing merchandising plans and seasonal displays.
Communicate effectively with team members and leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall store needs.
