About The Position

Just Food Co-op in Northfield, MN is looking to hire a Full-time Produce Stocker to engage with customers while they stock the produce department with product. This grocery store position earns a competitive wage of $14.50 per hour. Responsibilities

• Stock the produce department with product.
• Interact directly with customers.
• Greet each customer and use excellent customer service skills.
• Replenish and rotate displays.
• Cull produce several times daily.
• Follow stocking priorities set by Produce Manager.
• Trim, wash, and bundle produce following priorities set by Produce Manager.
• Dispose of damaged or spoiled goods promptly and properly.
• Maintain shrink records.
