About The Position
Wilson Farm is seeking a Produce Sales Associate for its highly regarded Produce Department. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $18.00/hr. The position is for the closing shift, from 10 am to 7:30/7:45 pm.
Requirements
- Prior Produce experience required (Whole Foods, Roche Brothers, Market Basket or independent grocery)
- Must be polite with outstanding customer service skills and excellent communication skills in person or by phone - fluent in English.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality; positive attitude, strong work ethic.
- Reliable/punctual - reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist customers both in person and by phone with questions and selecting products
- Stocking, rotating and replenishing shelves with appropriate products as needed
- General clean up, organizing of produce floor area to maintain neat appearance
- Other related tasks as assigned by department Managers or Owner
