About The Position

As the Produce & Floral Specialist, you will be the store’s point person for produce, floral & gift center department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. You will own produce, floral & gift center inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience.
• Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all produce, floral & gift center products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of produce, floral & gift center items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.

• Support front-end operations during peak business times as a cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
