About The Position
This role is offering 20-25 hours per week. The position of produce clerk includes providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating and straightening product, watering and icing down various products, washing, trimming, and wrapping product, removing any product not meeting company quality standards, reading and understanding department signs, and following company safety and sanitation procedures. Training will be provided at store level.
Requirements
- Availability between 7am - 8pm during the week and Saturdays, and Sundays
- 18 yrs+ to apply
- Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
- Able to work in a cold, damp environment
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store/Facility Teammates)
- Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store Support Center Teammates)
- Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
- If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
