From rotating stock to helping customers discover new produce, this is a hands-on role for someone who values quality, service, and teamwork.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required
Basic math and inventory handling skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with produce is a plus
Familiarity with natural foods, health-conscious diets, or organic produce preferred
Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Able to communicate product knowledge clearly and helpfully
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Physically able to perform stocking and lifting duties safely and efficiently

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude
Stock, rotate, and maintain fresh produce and packaged fruits/vegetables
Remove spoiled or damaged items and ensure all displays are fresh and appealing
Water, trim, and merchandise produce and floral items as needed
Help customers locate items and provide information about fruits, vegetables, and alternative diets
Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries
Set up and take down seasonal displays
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the department
Coordinate returns or credits with suppliers when applicable
Work with team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
Perform other duties as assigned by the Produce or Store Manager
