About The Position

This is a permanent part-time position at the Yorkton Food Store. The Produce Clerk will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here”.

Requirements

• Interested in a career in customer service
• Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
• Willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends
• Believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
• Physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel
• Have or willing to obtain a Food Safe Certificate

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate product
• Wash, cut and package fruits and vegetables when assigned
• Answer customer inquiries, promote products
• Housekeeping, maintain a safe working environment
