About The Position

This role involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and maintaining produce items to company quality standards. The position requires regular attendance and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by store management. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Must be able to work in a cold, damp environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
• Bending and stooping required

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• Manager approval based on performance if invited for an interview

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Stock, rotate and straighten product
• Water and ice down various products
• Wash, trim, and wrap product
• Remove any product not meeting company quality standards
• Read and understand department signs
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
