About The Position

This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and preparing produce, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires regular attendance and adherence to company quality, safety, and sanitation standards. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates.
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Stock, rotate and straighten product
• Water and ice down various products
• Wash, trim, and wrap product
• Remove any product not meeting company quality standards
• Read and understand department signs
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
