About The Position
This role involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and straightening product, watering and icing down various products, washing, trimming, and wrapping product, removing any product not meeting company quality standards, reading and understanding department signs, and following company safety and sanitation procedures. Training will be provided at the store level. This position offers approximately 20-25 hours per week and requires availability between 6 am and 8 pm, including weekends. Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Must be available between 6am-8pm and weekends
- Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
- Able to work in a cold, damp environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
- Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
- Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
- If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance
