About The Position

This role involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and maintaining product quality in the produce department. Regular attendance is essential. Responsibilities include preparing produce, adhering to safety and sanitation procedures, and performing other duties as assigned by store management. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates.
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Stock, rotate and straighten product
• Water and ice down various products
• Wash, trim, and wrap product
• Remove any product not meeting company quality standards
• Read and understand department signs
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of store management
