This is a full-time, hourly position with a comprehensive benefits package. Produce Clerks play a key role in maintaining the freshness and quality of our produce and floral departments.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
- Must pass Math Test.
- Must have TB Clearance.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Grocery retail experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with open availability will be prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Properly stocking and rotating merchandise in the produce and floral department.
- Trimming, watering, and merchandising products to ensure fresh, high-quality offerings.
- Maintaining proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability.
- Answering customer questions about produce and floral products.
- Increasing sales by handing out food samples and recommending additional items.
