About The Position

Under the direction of the Produce Lead, the Produce Assistant Lead is responsible for merchandising and always maintaining fresh products, while providing excellent customer service for our guests.

Requirements

Experienced level
High School education
Ability to keep display areas stocked and product rotated
Ability to assist customers with product selection, preparation, packaging, answering questions and any other requests.
Ability to maintain department product displays and signage according to standards.
Ability to ensure merchandise on display is fresh, in saleable condition and has been properly priced with correct signage.
Ability to receive and inspect incoming products for quality and accuracy.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations and surrounding areas.
Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures outlined in department and health and safety manuals and as set by standards.
Ability to communicate with Store Team members.
Ability to maintain a collaborative working relationship with produce co-workers and Country Store staff.

Responsibilities
