About The Position

The Prod Tech works in a manufacturing cleanroom environment and must follow training, work instructions, and safety requirements when handling chemicals. The role requires teamwork, attention to quality and detail, and the ability to work around other people and equipment. The successful candidate will work onsite, wear a full Bunny Suit and PPE, and be able to stand during the shift. The schedule is compressed and may include Saturdays; overtime may be required on short notice.

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English proficiency and comprehension.
Strong teamwork skills.
Quality mindset and attention to detail.
Solid hand-eye coordination.
MS Word and Excel skills.
Ability to work with chemicals in accordance with training and work instructions and strictly adhere to safety requirements.
Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing facility.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience.
The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Able to work in a cleanroom while wearing a full Bunny Suit and PPE.
Able to stand during the shift in a cleanroom.
Able to lift 20–30 lbs.
20/20 vision, corrected or natural, for short- and long-range viewing.
Able to work in close proximity to others and equipment.
Ability to work overtime on short notice, if needed.
Ability to work a compressed shift schedule, including Saturdays.
Ability to work 100% onsite.
