This position reports to: Supervisor manufacturing __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality. Each day, you will execute the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. You will also showcase your expertise by operating machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions. The work model for the role is: Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: The primary function for this position is running high-performing equipment, including CNC machines. This requires a high skill-level and will require training. Executing the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. Performing regular quality testing of the equipment, if needed, as part of a defined production process and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any. Ensuring the availability of required materials to execute the assigned work according to the defined workflow. Taking responsibility for the proper operation and daily maintenance of equipment in use and addressing any malfunctions to maintain production schedules.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have one year of work experience or one year of experience plus training.
Reasonable computer skills are required.

Nice To Haves

One year of Industrial experience is preferred
Experience in a motor manufacturing facility is preferred.
You are at ease communicating in English

Responsibilities
